CMA Intro Course
Rifle

One-day instruction for new CMA rifle and 2-gun competitors

This course is the perfect starting point for experienced rifle and pistol shooters with safe and solid basic skills with both type of firearms who would like to start with CMA 2-gun sport shooting. You will receive a thorough, practical introduction into the world of dynamic 2-gun sports shooting and you will be ready to participate confidently and successfully in your first match.

The CMA Intro Handgun and the CMA Intro Rifle courses are standardized courses by CMA to obtain the certification as a competitor.

You will understand and apply the additional rules for 2-gun handling and shooting, learn and practice effective techniques, pass the CMA 2-gun skills test, and shoot a couple of example stages.

  • Safe shooters with solid basic rifle and handgun proficiency

  • Valid CMA handgun license

​Material
  • Eye and ear protection

  • Personal pistol and rifle (Large Rifle, PCC or Small Rifle)

  • Personal pistol holster and mag pouches

  • Minimum 1 rifle mag pouch on belt (additional drop pouch allowed)

  • Approx. 300 rounds rifle, 100 rounds pistol

  • Start: 09:00

  • End: 17:00
